E2 Global Compass는 국제 학생들에게 따뜻한 가정 환경을 제공해 주실 호스트 패밀리를 찾고 있습니다. 호스트 패밀리는 학생이 한국의 일상, 언어, 문화, 가족생활을 직접 경험할 수 있도록 도와주며, 동시에 가족들에게도 특별한 문화 교류의 기회를 제공합니다.
E2 Global Compass is looking for welcoming families who would like to host international students. Host families help students experience everyday life, language, culture, and family life in Korea, while also creating a meaningful exchange for their own family.

Why Become a Host Family?
호스팅은 단순히 학생에게 머물 곳을 제공하는 것이 아닙니다. 한국 음식, 가족 문화, 일상생활, 언어, 가치관을 자연스럽게 나누며 서로 배우는 기회입니다.
Hosting is more than providing a place to stay. It is an opportunity to share Korean food, family culture, daily life, language, and values in a natural and meaningful way.
특히 자녀가 있는 가정에게는 더욱 의미 있는 경험이 될 수 있습니다. 아이들은 학교에서 배운 영어를 실제 상황에서 사용해 볼 수 있고, 다른 문화권의 학생과 교류하면서 자신감과 시야를 넓힐 수 있습니다.
For families with children at home, hosting can be especially valuable. Children have the chance to use the English they have learned in school in real-life situations, while building confidence and broadening their perspective through cultural exchange.

호스트 가정 확인 및 기본 조건
Host Family Screening & Basic Requirements
E2 Global Compass는 학생들이 안전하고 편안한 환경에서 생활할 수 있도록 모든 호스트 가정을 신중하게 확인합니다. 호스트 가정은 E2 Global Compass 팀의 가정 방문 및 상담을 통해 생활 환경을 확인하게 됩니다.
E2 Global Compass carefully reviews host families so students can stay in a safe and comfortable environment. Families interested in hosting will receive an in-person home visit and consultation from the E2 Global Compass team.
학생에게는 개인적인 공간과 기본적인 사생활이 필요합니다. 최소 조건은 학생이 사용할 수 있는 침대와 문이 있는 방입니다.
Students need a basic level of privacy and personal space. At minimum, the student should have a bed and a room with a door.
학생 안전을 위해 필요한 경우 범죄경력 확인 등 추가 절차가 진행될 수 있습니다.
For student safety, additional screening steps, including a background check when required, may be part of the host family process.
