E2 Global Compass follows an independently developed educational approach aligned with key principles of International Baccalaureate (IB) education, including inquiry-based learning, interdisciplinary understanding, international-mindedness, and reflection.
Students begin with structured classroom preparation before applying their learning through supervised activities and authentic experiences in Cebu and Bohol.
Rather than separating English, science, culture, and personal development into unrelated subjects, our program connects them through meaningful experiences that encourage curiosity, communication, critical thinking, and independence.
The result is more than an English camp or sightseeing trip. It is a thoughtfully designed learning experience that challenges students to explore, connect, and grow.
After class, students put their learning into action through local interaction, cultural activities, food experiences, travel tasks, teamwork, and guided exploration around Cebu.
The ocean becomes a safe and powerful place to practice new skills. Students learn instructions, follow safety systems, communicate clearly, and build confidence while applying what they have learned in real conditions.

Connecting with People

Participants learn everyday English and local customs by visiting Cebu markets and learning about food. Students work together and follow practical steps to explore local systems and learn by doing in a fun, supportive environment.
Cebu Coastal Adventure
This part of the program builds problem-solving skills and resilience through physical activity along the coastline. Students communicate with their teammates and use what they've learned to find their way, gaining confidence in unfamiliar places.
